• Account info (via Clerk authentication): email address, name (if provided), profile image.
• TikTok data (via the TikTok API, only with your authorization): TikTok user ID, username, display name, avatar, follower/following/video/likes counts, and metadata and view counts for videos published from your account.
• Payment details you provide: payment method (bank, PayPal, Zelle), account/routing numbers or email, and tax information (W-9 where applicable).
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, and pages accessed (logged by our hosting provider).
• Communications: emails exchanged with our team.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Operate the affiliate program: track views, calculate earnings, and process payouts.
• Communicate about your account, earnings, payout status, and program updates.
• Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and investigate violations.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax reporting, subpoenas, and similar).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf: Clerk (authentication), Neon (database hosting), TikTok (API access you authorize), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and QuickBooks (payment processing).
• Legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active plus seven (7) years, for tax and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account — upon request we will delete personal data not required for legal compliance.

6. Your Rights as a California Resident (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Access a copy of that information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Opt out of the “sale” of your information. We do not sell your information, but you may confirm this.

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk session cookies) and basic analytics (Vercel Analytics). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit and at-rest encryption on our databases. However, no system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.
