Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the ARM Travel Affiliate Program (the “Program”), operated by ARM Travel Network (“ARM Travel Network”, “we”, or “us”).

  • By signing up for the Program or connecting a TikTok account, the affiliate (“you”) agrees to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of the United States, and maintain a TikTok account in good standing.
  • ARM Travel Network may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Program Description

  • ARM Travel Network pays affiliates $1 per 3,000 views generated on eligible TikTok videos promoting ARM Travel.
  • Views are counted from the moment you connect your TikTok account to the affiliate platform. Historical views prior to connection do not qualify.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $50. Earnings below this threshold remain pending in your balance until the threshold is reached.
  • All payouts are reviewed and approved manually by ARM Travel Network before being disbursed.

3. Affiliate Obligations

  • Create original video content promoting ARM Travel in accordance with the content guidelines published in the affiliate dashboard.
  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC endorsement guidelines (e.g., #ad, #sponsored, or equivalent).
  • Represent ARM Travel Network accurately — no false claims, exaggerated pricing, or misleading comparisons.
  • Comply with all TikTok Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
  • Maintain accurate payment information in your affiliate account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Participation in the Program strictly prohibits the following. Any violation may, at ARM Travel Network's sole discretion, result in immediate forfeiture of earnings and termination of your affiliate account.

  • Purchasing views, likes, followers, or any form of engagement.
  • Use of bots, automated scripts, view farms, or any tool designed to artificially generate views.
  • Participation in view-for-view exchanges, incentivized viewing schemes, or giveaways tied to watching affiliate content.
  • Creating or operating multiple TikTok accounts, or multiple affiliate accounts, to stack or aggregate earnings.
  • Uploading or reposting content owned by third parties without proper license (including copyrighted music, footage, or images).
  • Using ARM Travel's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in a manner that implies endorsement beyond the scope of the Program.
  • Misrepresenting ARM Travel's pricing, product offerings, booking terms, or customer experience.
  • Any activity that could reasonably be deemed deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate the view-tracking system.
  • Any attempt to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the affiliate platform or its integrations.

5. Payout Terms & ARM Travel Network's Rights

  • ARM Travel Network reviews every payout request manually before approval. Review timelines may vary.
  • ARM Travel Network reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to deny, reject, delay, reduce, or claw back any payout — before or after approval — if it suspects in good faith any violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, artificial view inflation, bot traffic, or any other conduct inconsistent with the spirit of the Program.
  • You expressly agree that suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity may result in: (a) denial of the payout request, (b) forfeiture of the entire pending balance, (c) immediate termination of the affiliate account, and (d) legal action to recover amounts previously paid if fraud is later discovered.
  • Decisions made by ARM Travel Network regarding payouts are final and not subject to external appeal.
  • View count data is sourced from TikTok's API. ARM Travel Network does not guarantee the accuracy of TikTok's view counts and is not liable for discrepancies, delays, or data loss resulting from TikTok's systems.
  • You acknowledge that view count metrics are subject to change by TikTok at any time (e.g., TikTok may retroactively remove views determined to be invalid), and ARM Travel Network may adjust accrued earnings accordingly.

6. Account Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination without cause: approved, unpaid earnings at or above the $50 minimum will be paid out on the next normal cycle; earnings below $50 are forfeited; pending payout requests may be canceled at ARM Travel Network's discretion.
  • Termination for cause (violation of Section 4) results in forfeiture of all pending and accrued earnings.

7. Intellectual Property

  • ARM Travel's trademarks, logos, and brand materials remain the property of ARM Travel Network. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use them solely for promoting ARM Travel in affiliate content.
  • You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant ARM Travel Network a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, repost, and promote your affiliate content on ARM Travel's marketing channels.

8. Tax Responsibilities

  • Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees.
  • US affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC form. You must provide a completed W-9 before receiving payouts totaling $600 or more in a year.
  • You are solely responsible for all taxes on Program earnings.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARM Travel Network, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your content, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, ARM Travel Network's total liability arising from this agreement is capped at the total amount paid to you in the 90 days prior to the claim. ARM Travel Network is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
  • Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of JAMS or AAA (you may select).
  • You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. Changes to Terms

ARM Travel Network may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
